Donovan, I was listening to this song and it made me think of you. Part of caring about you comes with wanting the best for you spiritually, because that's where our eternity and salvation begins. All the advice I could give you is basically: Be strong in the Lord. I know he will help you in all ways. Also, when you were hurting, I really did feel pain in my heart. I remember calling you that one time, sitting at my kitchen counter with Paola, talking to you for the first real time after breaking up.. and after I hung up, I just cried. I sobbed my eyes out to her because I hurt because you hurt. But I kept praying, and God showed me that no matter where I was at, love would find me. And it did, because I have you.
